Terms of Business/Contract for engagement of Hypnotherapy services with Zoe Zammit
- To achieve maximum results in the shortest time an initial programme of 3 sessions is advised (£180 for the initial block booking of 3 sessions) paid in full before or at first session.
- Sessions to be undertaken at The Green Room, The Yard, Wilson Street, Winchmore Hill, N21 1BP.
- The first session will be for one hour and will include comprehensive fact find, explanation of trance process and first stage programming then debrief. Thereafter each session will take approximately 50 minutes.
- Payment to be made in cash or by cheque, made payable to Z A Zammit.
- Rearrangement of booking will be made if a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. Less than 48 hours no refund.
- Late attendance may result in reduced session.
- Terms of business to be included with confirmation letter or email letter.
- Please note by completing and returning the client history form you are accepting these TOB. This must be done before sessions start.
